Terms & Conditions — 666g Platform Rules and Player Obligations

1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "666g" or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming and sports betting service operated at https://666g.io and all associated sub-domains, mobile applications, and application programming interfaces.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any registered account holder or any individual who accesses or uses the Platform.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration, through which the Player accesses all Platform features, holds a BDT balance, and conducts transactions.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any sum of real money placed by a Player on a sporting event, casino game, live dealer table, or other wagering product available on the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback, or other incentive granted by 666g to a Player subject to terms and conditions.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process through which 666g confirms a Player's identity, age, and payment method ownership.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the sole operating currency of all 666g Accounts.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law and from which access to the Platform is restricted.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By creating an Account on 666g, by depositing funds, or by placing any Wager on the Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation or qualification.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 666g. If you do not accept any part of these terms, you must not register an Account, deposit funds, or use any feature of the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

3 Eligibility and Registration

To register and maintain an Account on 666g, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You are a natural person aged 21 years or older. Corporate or institutional registrations are not permitted.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You have not previously been excluded, suspended, or banned from the Platform under any name, email address, mobile number, or payment method.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of 666g or any affiliated game provider.
• You are registering on your own behalf and for personal entertainment purposes only, not as an agent of any third party.
• All registration information you provide — including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment method details — is accurate, current, and truthful.

666g reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any registration detail at any time, including during the withdrawal process. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in Account suspension pending resolution.

Registrations made on behalf of another person, or using fabricated identity information, will be treated as fraudulent and will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

4 Account Management

Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only. If 666g identifies that a Player holds or has held more than one Account — regardless of whether the accounts were opened simultaneously or sequentially — all duplicate Accounts will be closed, all balances (including any winnings and bonuses) on the duplicate Accounts will be forfeited, and the matter may be investigated for fraudulent intent.

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. 666g will never ask for your full password by email, live chat, or telephone. If you suspect your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 666g immediately at [email protected] so that your Account can be secured.

You must keep your registered contact details — including your mobile number and email address — current and accurate at all times. 666g will use these details to send security alerts, withdrawal confirmations, and important platform notifications. 666g is not liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate contact details.

Account balances, bet history, and transaction records are maintained by 666g's systems. In the event of any discrepancy between a Player's records and 666g's records, 666g's server records shall be the definitive reference, provided that 666g will investigate any reported discrepancy in good faith and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 666g are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. 666g does not charge a transaction fee on standard deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay, though your payment provider may apply their own fees independently of 666g.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent qualifying deposit, subject to verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are subject to KYC verification being completed in full. 666g aims to process withdrawal requests within 15 to 60 minutes during operational hours, though processing times may be longer during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.

• Players may only withdraw to payment methods registered in their own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• 666g reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, including requesting source-of-funds documentation for large withdrawals.
• If a deposit is made by a method that is subsequently found to be fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorised, the corresponding Account balance will be frozen pending investigation and the deposit will be reversed.
• 666g does not accept cryptocurrency, credit cards, or international wire transfers as payment methods. Accepted methods are limited to locally supported mobile financial services and approved Bangladeshi bank transfers.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

666g offers various bonuses, promotional credits, free bets, and seasonal incentives to registered Players. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the point of offer. These promotion-specific terms are incorporated into and form part of these Terms & Conditions.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and free bet winnings are subject to wagering requirements stated in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been completed in full.
• Time Limits: All bonuses carry an expiry date. Any bonus funds or associated winnings not wagered within the stated period will be automatically removed from the Player's Account without compensation.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible Players only, as specified in the individual promotion terms. 666g reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion and to decline a bonus application where the eligibility criteria are not met.
• Abuse: Any Player found to be abusing a promotion — including through the use of multiple accounts, systematic exploitation of bonus terms, or coordinated wagering patterns designed to guarantee profit — will have their bonus forfeited, their Account suspended, and may be excluded from future promotions.
• Modification: 666g reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring any promotion already accepted and in progress by a Player.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on 666g are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, event, or casino game. These rules are published within the Platform and are incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. In the event of any conflict between a specific game or sport rule and these Terms & Conditions, the specific rule shall prevail for that product.

• Bets are not accepted from Players whose Accounts are suspended, restricted, or under investigation.
• 666g reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion — including where a system error has resulted in incorrect odds being displayed, where a bet is placed after an event's scheduled start time, or where unusual betting patterns are detected.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to real-time availability of markets. 666g makes no guarantee of the continuous availability of in-play markets for any specific event.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and are displayed within the Platform. These limits may vary by event, market type, and Player account tier.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) supplied by independent, internationally accredited game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. 666g does not manipulate game outcomes.
• In the event of a disputed settlement, 666g's decision — made after review of available server data and relevant sporting authority records — shall be final.

8 Player Conduct

Players must use the 666g Platform in good faith and in compliance with all applicable laws. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension and potential permanent ban:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activity.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or interfere with Platform systems, servers, or software.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner that provides an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other Players, or any form of insider information exploitation.
• Abusing, harassing, threatening, or using offensive language toward 666g support staff or other Players.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any support interaction.
• Exploiting technical errors, display glitches, or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair financial advantage.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 666g Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, visual design, text, software, game interfaces, graphics, icons, and structural layout — is the intellectual property of 666g or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not permit copying, redistribution, reproduction, or commercial use of any Platform content. Any unauthorised use of 666g's intellectual property may result in legal action.

10 Privacy and Data

666g collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published at https://666g.io/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

666g uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect data in transit. Player data is never sold to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared with third parties only where required for KYC verification, fraud prevention, payment processing, or as required by applicable law.

11 Responsible Gaming

666g is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides the following tools to all registered Players, accessible directly from the account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits that can be set or reduced immediately and increased only after a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable alerts that notify the Player when a specified duration of continuous play has elapsed.
• Cool-Off Period: A temporary account restriction of between 24 hours and 6 weeks, during which the Player cannot deposit, wager, or claim bonuses.
• Self-Exclusion: A minimum 6-month account suspension, extendable up to 5 years, during which the Player's account is fully deactivated.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 666g shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from a Player's use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of winnings due to technical error, or interruption of service.

666g's aggregate liability to any single Player for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

666g makes reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability around the clock but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or circumstances beyond 666g's control — including telecommunications failures, third-party payment processor outages, or force majeure events — may cause temporary service interruptions. 666g is not liable for losses arising from such interruptions.

13 Suspension and Termination

666g reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where 666g has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has breached these Terms & Conditions, has engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity, or where continued operation of the Account poses a risk to 666g, other Players, or the integrity of the Platform.

Upon Account closure for breach of these Terms, any balance held in the Account — including real-money funds, bonus funds, and pending withdrawals — may be forfeited pending investigation. Where closure is not related to a breach (for example, where a Player requests voluntary closure), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Players wishing to close their Account voluntarily may do so by contacting [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests are processed within two business days. A Player who has self-excluded may not request Account reopening until the self-exclusion period has fully elapsed and a written cooling-off request has been reviewed and approved by 666g's responsible gaming team.

14 Amendments to These Terms

666g reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 666g will notify registered Players by email or via a prominent Platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Non-material corrections — such as typographical fixes or clarifications that do not alter Player rights — may be applied without prior notice.

It is your responsibility to review the current Terms & Conditions periodically. The most recent version of these terms is always available at https://666g.io/terms-conditions. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the effective date of the amendment.
